Who Are You Becoming?
Questions that I am pondering...
Do you know how to be what you were created to be?
To walk in that truth with integrity?
Can you accept your limitations and constraints?
Knowing that God considers you a saint?
Rest -- in knowing that you are the "apple of His eye"!
(Psalm 17:5-8)

This month at church we have been studying from the book of Job and my preacher's message has been titled the following:
1st sunday "It is not about you" chapter 1 thru 13
2nd sunday "It is still not about you" chapter 14 thru 28
3rd sunday "It was never about you"
chapter 31 thru 42
4th sunday (next sunday)"It was all for you"
chapter 42
The meaning behind this is that sometimes things in life happen to us, not because we committed a sin or as a reward, but as a means of being an example for others by demonstrating your faith and loyalty to GOD. Sometimes we just need to be still and let God's will be done. Your Grandmother is a wonderful example, of what Job had to endure. Even though your Grandmother lived during an unjust time as a single mother of five children, I am sure she influenced a lot of people to follow the Lord by keeping her faith in the LORD and maintaining a positive attitude.
